How often should I wash my 2-year-old daughter’s natural hair?
ANGIE SAYS:
You can co-wash your daughter’s as often as daily at bath time if you’d like to keep her curls moisturized and tangle free. But I would recommend only shampooing once a week with a sulfate-free shampoo, so you don’t strip away her natural moisture. If you like to keep your daughter’s hair in braids for easy everyday maintenance, make sure you shampoo at least every two weeks.
